Dozens of mental patients died of starvation and hypothermia in a hospital in Havana. The people entrusted to care for them stole the food, blankets and mattresses that were supposed to be used for the patients. The bodies had signs of severe neglect, bruises and torture.

It is known that the Castro regime uses mental hospital as another means of disappearing undesirables, just as they use prisons. Don't imagine that just because we don't recieve photos, or read about it in the news that this is an isolated event.
