April 17, 1961

 Fifty-two years and the wound in my heart still has not healed.  On board the U.S.S. Conway DDE-507.  We  recruited  members of the Brigade 2506, we trained , armed and transported them with promise of Air Support. We escorted them to Big of Pigs.  The shooting started....they fought until the last bullet, while we on orders from our Commander in Chief, JFK, were forced to turn and run.    Fifty-two years....and that wound in my heart still does not heal.

        Ante la trágica e inesperada muerte de Osvaldo Payá Sardiñas, la Junta Patriótica Cubana Regional California se une al dolor de su familia por la muerte del ser querido, al igual que se solidariza por la irreparable perdida; con la disidencia, la oposición y el clandestinaje dentro de Cuba. 

        La Junta Patriótica Cubana ante las imprecisas causas que originaron el accidente que produjo la muerte del líder del "Proyecto Varela", convertido en mártir, reclama; de los organismos internacionales y de los países libres que produzcan amplia investigación para dejar clara las causas de dicho accidente.

        La Junta Patriótica Cubana conocedora de los mas inconcebibles métodos utilizados por el Castro Comunismo y Terrorista para deshacerse de todo aquel que se le oponga, proclama públicamente que; el accidente que condujo a la muerte de Osvaldo Payá Sardiñas, no es de dudar, que haya sido ocasionado por los sicarios de los Castro para eliminar al líder de los movimientos de libertad que día a día se están incrementando dentro de Cuba.

Victims of Castro repression W/E 11-27

These are the names of those we know who were victims of repression by the Castro dictatorship for the week ending November 27, 2011.  They suffered beatings, mob attacks, arbritary arrest and imprisonment, threats against them and family members, including children.

Not included on this list are those who remain undocumented, and the thousands of nameless political prisoners suffering the worst horrors incarcerated in the islands prisons. 

They are not nameless or faceless, and each is someones parent, son or daughter, spouse, lover, sister, brother or friend. 

Demand an end to Castro regime and Human Rights for the Cuban people.
